  • Manage mPharma’s business intelligence platform, including defining and driving assembly of necessary data sets and analyses and conducting staff training to enable data culture
  • Collaborate with other PMs and company stakeholders to ensure crucial data is collected, is of high quality, and is stored in ways that enable analysis
  • Partner with key stakeholders (including engineering, retail, wholesale, diagnostics, supply chain, and finance) to ensure that internal tools are delivering the highest possible value to the business

Our Ideal Candidate

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for mPharma’s mission to increase the accessibility and affordability of high-quality medicines.

  • Hypothesis-driven and results-minded. Continually assesses and integrates user feedback and business metrics
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare business (not required)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, supply chain management, project management, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated ability to convert raw data into actionable insights that influence business decisions or processes.
